Orders

The order confirmation will be sent to you via email right after you place the order. Please check your spam or trash folder if you couldn't find it in the inbox.

We have made it very easy for you to own a Woozy Alpaca product by providing you with a wide choice of payment options. You can pay with your Visa, MasterCard, and Amex card and PayPal.

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order once you receive your order confirmation. We may, however, be able to cancel your order if your order has not been sent out from our warehouse. Please email us within 2 hours after placing your order with your full name, order number and the subject line “Cancellation.” We’ll do our best to accommodate you!

In the event an item arrives damaged, please report the damage at support@woozyalpaca.com to us with 3 days of receipt and save the original packaging. In cases requiring a replacement or refund, we will request photographs or video of the items and their packaging. Please do not send the damaged product back to our warehouse. While we don’t have much control over what happens after a package leaves our warehouse, we’ll still do our best to make it right with you!

In general, we do accept returns on non-damaged product. If the product for some reason does not meet your expectations, please contact us about a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Woozy Alpaca will send a complimentary return label if the return is due to an error on our part.

Returns must be done within 14 days from date of delivery.

Due to the nature of COVID-19, we are unable to process exchanges on non-damaged product at this time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via the email you submitted with your order. Yes, we ship our products globally. Regardless of your location, we can get your Woozy Alpaca product to you as soon as you order it.

We partner with reputed logistics provider to deliver products to your doorsteps. Typically it takes 7-9 business days for your orders to arrive. Due to COVID 19 there might be delay in shipments and would appreciate your patience. We would definitely try our best to get your shipment delivered asap.

We do our best to ship out orders within 2 business days of placement, often much sooner. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via the email you submitted with your order.

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. Once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made. We are sorry about this but it appears our hands are completely tied in this scenario painted.
